  • Content: Any information, text, documents, images, or posts uploaded or displayed on the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

The Platform is a directory and marketplace that facilitates contact between Users and independent Nurses.

  • The Platform does not provide medical or healthcare services.
  • The Platform does not employ Nurses.
  • Nurses act independently and at their own responsibility.
  • Any services provided are performed outside the Platform and without the Platform’s involvement.

3. No Medical Advice

The Platform does not provide:

  • Medical advice
  • Diagnosis
  • Treatment plans
  • Prescriptions
  • Emergency services

Any information displayed on the Platform is for informational purposes only and must not be relied upon as medical advice.

In case of emergency, Users must contact local emergency services immediately.

4. Nurse Verification Disclaimer

The Platform may review documents submitted by Nurses, such as degrees or professional paperwork.

Verification:

  • Confirms that documents were submitted and reviewed
  • Does not certify clinical competence, skill level, or quality of care
  • Does not constitute licensing, accreditation, or endorsement

The Platform makes no guarantees regarding the actions, performance, or outcomes of any Nurse.

5. Nurse Responsibilities

By registering on the Platform, Nurses confirm and agree that:

  • They are legally allowed to practice nursing under Lebanese law
  • All submitted documents are accurate and truthful
  • They are solely responsible for the services they provide
  • They comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards
  • They hold full responsibility for their medical decisions and actions

Nurses agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from any claims arising from their services.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for choosing and contacting Nurses
  • Interactions occur outside the Platform
  • The Platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice

7. Communication & Third-Party Platforms

The Platform does not provide internal messaging.

Any communication between Users and Nurses occurs via third-party services (such as phone calls or WhatsApp).

  • The Platform does not monitor communications
  • The Platform is not responsible for conversations or agreements
  • The Platform does not store message content

8. Posts, Content & Conduct

Users and Nurses may create posts or listings subject to moderation.

You agree not to:

  • Provide medical advice
  • Post misleading or false information
  • Violate applicable laws
  • Harass or abuse others

The Platform reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion.

9. Reports & Complaints

Users may report Nurses or content for internal review.

  • Reports do not imply wrongdoing
  • The Platform is not obligated to take specific action

10. Account Suspension & Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • False information is provided
  • These Terms are violated
  • Legal or safety concerns arise
